I recently had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel in a small bay in Thailand. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful beachfront location. The attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained rooms with excellent facilities. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. One highlight was the included breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options, including French toast, a rare find during our trip.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

I booked as the location was on the beach, and great view of the pool.
Strike 1: We arrived from Koh Samui by boat expecting a pick up which was pre-arranged, this did not happen so we had to make our own way. Strike 2: First impressions are not good. You have to walk past a loads of out sheds with rubbish piled high. We checked in and was shown to our room which was right next to the pool ,room 28. When we opened the stiff door the room was in a right mess from the last person who had stayed and it had not been cleaned, i.e, bedding all over the floor and rubbish on the table. We said we would go to there restaurant / cafe over looking the sea for lunch and would go back later. Strike 3: Staff at central cottage can only be described as Remploy as they look very strange and acted it as well. Service took forever and we got our meals 20 mins apart. Strike 4: Finally made our way back to the room which was now ready so we decided to have a sleep for an hour or so which was ok until my wife woke up saying things were crawling all over her. When we turned the lights on there were bugs everywhere, on her all over the bed etc. I went to find the manager which was fun and then took them to see the situation. They did agree the room was not fit and they would buy a new mattress in the morning, and would put us in a different room. The next morning looking at the bite my wife had got, there was well over 100 no joke! You may ask why i didn't have any, we were in 2 single beds even though we asked for a double. Later that day they asked us to move to another room again which was very basic and worn, but at least no bed bugs. The photographs taken of the resort, are real pictures however, they have been taken very cleverly and we feel give a very false picture of the resort. We stayed on this island over new year period and the area we stayed in was very far from the port and the full moon party. This in itself can either be a +or- but be prepared for an hour long very bumpy journey and serious haggling with taxi drivers.

Nice staff and good restaurant. Really Good food. The breakfastbuffe was also Good.
The pool was not ok. There was almost no circulation in the pool and the water wasn't clear. So don't choose this place if the pool is important for You.

Spending New Year on the beach was amazing. the sunsets and beautiful clear blue water were breathtaking. the staff offered great service and were always smiling. the pool was well-maintained and refreshing.
The breakfast buffet was not very appetizing, with limited options and food that didn't look fresh. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was the highlight for us as it was right on the beautiful Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the Angtong marine park and Maenam beach on Koh Samui. We also loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning.
Nothing bad to say.
